We provide an opportunity that will allow you to provide more details and a photo or two of your rental property. Our pricing is monthly on an ala carte basis and is listed below. The photo(s) will be "thumbnails" which are enlarged by clicking in the photo. When you place the ad, we will give you a password. You can request minor edits one time within the month and must provide the password to permit us to make the change (if we error in our typing, corrections are free). If you decide to run the ad an additional month, we offer a reduced price. We recommend you offer some minor discount on cleaning deposit if the renter "mentions this ad". That will help you judge the success of your advertising efforts. We would appreciate your input on how this ad has worked for you.
If you have more than one property in a month, we offer a discount on the 2nd ad. If you want to go on a contract basis for a longer period of time because you have lots of properties, we will be happy to discuss your special needs.
We will run a weekly ad in the local paper to promote this website, do limited radio advertising and try other similar media in order to send potential renters to our site and your ad.
You can submit your ad and photo by email if you desire (scanned or digital photos are fine) or by mail with an original photo that will not be returned. If we have to take the photo, an additional fee (please add $10) is charged and there may be a 3 day delay on local area photos. Out of area photos will be considered and will require discussion of pricing based upon distance. Your ad will be spell checked and will be placed on the web upon receipt of payment.
Pricing for one month ad (using only what you desire to be in your ad). Example: A text ad with one photo only would be $20.00.

If you desire the ad to be run for an additional month with no changes, the discount is 30% on each feature used. Features may be deleted the 2nd month.
